At No Frills Laundry, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, eco-friendly products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Refunds

Time Frame: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items not in their original packaging
Any item not accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Refund

Contact Us: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
